This role will own our online & offline awareness marketing initiatives and channels, creating and managing campaigns to improve awareness, generate brand recall, and improve our top funnel recruitment results.A successful candidate will need to both see the big picture, be strategic and be able/willing to execute rapidly. The ideal candidate has proven success of creating and executing effective awareness marketing strategies across multiple channels, testing and launching new tactics, measuring results and optimizing performance over time against a clear set of measurable targets.This role will own reporting of key content and marketing metrics to the leadership team and broader organization, partner with central marketing teams and influence with senior stakeholders. This is a fast-moving role, requiring strong prioritization and communication skills. Being flexible and comfortable with ambiguity will be required for success.
