The ideal candidate is able to conduct themselves autonomously, successfully manage a demanding project pipeline, and effectively communicate and foster strong relationships with the team.Key job responsibilities• Create and execute Mexico´s marketing plan in online and offline media channels, aligned to business priorities • Manage all aspects of campaign creation: strategy building, doc writing, planning, messaging, creative, content and design, launching, optimizing and reporting.• Be the main point of contact and manage content creation, social media and paid media agencies, ensuring bar-raising execution. • Conduct deep dive analyses to understand campaign performance, business impact metrics and uncover customer insight.• Collaborate with internal and external insights teams to identify opportunities and leverage them in creating strong narratives for our audiences. • Own the Social Media strategy in order to increase our potential audience and grow engagement with the current one through our owned channels. • Develop seller-facing creative content to grow Top of Mind Awareness and attract potential selling partners• Own the influencer strategy for Sell with Amazon.• Maintain a high bar for Selling Partner-facing content, and ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standard.About the teamInclusive team cultureAt Amazon we embrace our differences and we are committed to furthering our culture of inclusion.
