YOUR ROLE ·Manages/Coordinates financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, and analysis reports. ·Tracks KPIs and provides in-depth analysis, gives suggestion for the areas to be improved. ·Drives and supports the business by assisting business leaders to take best informed decisions. ·Communicates and presents pro-actively CO topics to GMs and other business contacts. ·Provides independent and objective information to ensure a systematic control as well as a strict monitoring of planned objectives. ·Takes care of compliance and governance ensuring the correct application of internal and external guidelines in terms of Financial Reporting. ·Spreads financial CO knowledge and consciousness across the company. ·Drives continuous improvement in CO relevant concepts, processes and tools. ·Leads the team taking care of recruiting, on-boarding and development and acts as role model to drive agility, resilience and digitalization. YOUR ROLE General Accounting is in charge to ensure the appropriate presentation of financial statements according to IFRS. Develop process to ensure that figures are accurate and correct. Support on monthly and quarterly closing Prepares documents, schedules and financial information for auditors (internal & external) Analyzes financial information to identify misstatements or deviations (trends and variances) Reconciles and review monthly capitalization request. At the same time will be responsible of filing the capitalization request to the SSC. Key topic for Ga and Tax purposes Review on a monthly basis the general status of the assets under construction account, in order to report timely any delay on capitalization. Or identification of undisclosed prepayments Follow up on corporate internal controls confirmation, submitted to Corporate Office Offer support and advice to Henkel’s SBU in areas such as Corporate Standard Accounting, capitalizations, expense allocation, and IFR YOUR SKILLS Years of experience: 2-5 years (Young Professional) Mandatory knowledge: Strong knowledge on NIF and IFRS (plus) Desirable Knowledge: Basic knowledge on Mexican taxes / audit background Fast learner, Analytical Thinking, independent, perform assigned tasks, teamwork, solve practical problems, dynamic (empuje) Education background: Bachelor´s Degree Career(s): Accounting Language: English Level: Advanced Skills: All ( W&R / S&L ) PC´s, System, Software: SAP or similar ERP, Microsoft Office (intermedio, tabla pivote)
