This role requires a talented individual who can effectively translate complex technical content into engaging training material, presentations, videos, and other multimedia.Working closely with our Center of Excellence and the CC and T team, the successful candidate will be an ambassador of generative AI (genAI), capable of influencing through compelling presentations and creating engaging messaging.Role Scope / Deliverables: Key Responsibilities:- Translate technical content into easily comprehensible training material for a diverse audience.- Stay closely aligned and integrated with the COE team to develop content alongside the technology development with coordinated readiness and launches.- Develop engaging presentations, videos, and other multimedia content to drive awareness and utilization of our genAI tool.- Collaborate with the Center of Excellence and the CC and T team to ensure content aligns with overall objectives and standards.- Act as an ambassador for genAI, promoting its applications and benefits across the organization.- Utilize various media and tactics to deliver content effectively and creatively.- Drive engagement through the creation of compelling and influential content.Key Skills: Required Experience and Skills:- Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, design or a related field.- Proven experience as a content creator, with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to translate technical content into engaging multimedia.- Expertise in video creation that has compelling content that effectively communicates complex concepts.- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing and implementing training programs with management support and guidance, with a focus on translating technical information into easy:to:understand content.- Passionate about generative AI with a strong desire to stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in this field.- Previous involvement in technical change projects, with a proven track record of effectively managing change and driving adoption of new technologies.- Proficient in creating impactful presentations, with slideology skills.- Solid understanding of generative AI and its applications in a business context.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage a diverse audience.- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with technical teams.- Creativity and innovation in content creation and delivery.- Proactive and self:motivated, with the ability to act as an ambassador for genAI.LI:LATAMAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
